Terms of Service

Shipping Time:
Australia: 2-3 weeks
North America: 1-2 weeks
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 2-4 weeks
Sub-Saharan: 2-4 weeks

Processing time: Keep in mind that all products are made to order. Our processing time will take 5-10 working days.

Returns and exchanges:
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Note:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
1. Unsealed product/ used/worn product
2.Custom or personalized orders
3. Perishable products (like food or flowers)
4. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
5. Items on sale

Returns and exchange details:
1. For UNSEALED product ( after delivery), custom-made products, digital items, certain perishable goods which can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons, buyers won’t be able to return these types of items.

2. Buyer pays the returning shipping fee

3. I'm a very careful person, so I think items will arrive in excellent condition.
But if anything is wrong with your item, just let me know, I'm willing to help and cooperate.

Cancellation:
I don't accept cancellations

Payment:
I accept payments via Paypal.

Working time:
Weekdays: 9 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday: 11 am to 3:00pm
